How Do We Use Your Gifts?

Gifts from Lowell alumni, faculty, parents, and other friends help preserve and enhance Lowell High School's well-deserved reputation for academic and extracurricular excellence in order to serve future generations of San Francisco's most talented and hard-working students. Gifts to the Lowell Alumni Association support a wide variety of programs to benefit students, ranging from expanded Wellness Center services to faculty member grants to support of academic programs and our generous college scholarship program.

Your gift can be designated for your particular area of interest, whether it's the math department or the soccer team. Gifts of $25,000 or more can be used to create endowments with the Lowell Alumni Association that will support programs at Lowell in perpetuity. Examples include the Bob Anino Music Endowment Fund that generates more than $7,500 annually to benefit Lowell music programs and the Dr. David Lieu '73 and Dr. Diana Lieu Science Endowment Fund that provides annual support of nearly $10,000 for Lowell's science program.
